European Fund System brings billing and risk tracking across multiple countries into one web platform. The project focused on moving work scattered across spreadsheets and manual checks into a shared operating structure.
Different countries, a coherent process
An operation spanning several countries needs to accommodate local rules and reporting requirements. Tracking these variations manually adds work and makes records harder to compare.
Putting the rules into the software
We combined billing, country-specific rules and risk analysis in a web-based system built with .NET, Azure and SQL Server. The approach lets successive steps use a shared data source instead of repeatedly entering the same information.

More time for analysis
Centralising the process reduces the effort of assembling records and makes operations across countries easier to follow. Automation supports the finance team by organising the information behind its decisions; it does not replace the team’s judgement.
