Start small, with a clear benefit
A pilot helps you find out whether a real need is being met before expanding the scope.
Choose one workflow
Trying to fit every department into the first version delays learning. Start with a frequent, bounded task for one team, such as checking an order or preparing a report.
Agree on the measure first
Record the current steps, waiting points and repeated data entry. Compare the pilot under similar conditions. A well-received demonstration alone does not prove usefulness in daily work.
Grow through learning
Collect user feedback and actual exceptions. Keep what works and improve the missing step. Use these observations to choose the next scope.
