Digital Signage is our system for managing content across distributed screens from one place. Deployed in Europe and Türkiye, it focuses on updating a display without having to visit its location.
Beyond the USB update round
Changing a campaign or announcement can mean copying files to a USB drive, travelling to each screen and updating it manually. More locations mean more travel, coordination and checks, as well as more difficulty tracking which version is on each screen.
Central content, local playback
We centralised updates through web-based content management. Screens receive content over their connection and keep playing previously downloaded material if connectivity is lost. Once online again, they synchronise with the current publication.

What changes for the team
Routine content updates no longer require a physical visit to every location. Consistent updates become easier, and on-site effort can focus on the screen and installation rather than moving files. Time saved depends on the number of screens and the distance between locations.
