FlyCheck collects passenger requests, complaints and survey responses inside an aircraft without an internet connection. Its AI-assisted analysis approach aims to turn individual messages into a meaningful picture of the passenger experience.

Listen while the experience is happening

A need or concern raised during a flight may be forgotten by the time a post-flight survey arrives. Internet availability can also limit online forms in the cabin. FlyCheck set out to capture feedback independently of that connection and keep it available for later review.

From offline surveys to shared analysis

The mobile-friendly experience records survey answers and requests in the passenger’s own words. Records feed into a shared analysis process. AI assistance helps teams understand recurring needs and complaint topics across many responses, while assessment and service decisions stay with the team.

An award-winning hackathon project

FlyCheck received the Turkcell Special Award at the 2017 Turkish Airlines Travel Hackathon. THY’s event report describes it as a web-based inspection system that analyses passenger requests and complaints in a shared data centre.
